Interesting article Lisa.

Will look at the label more closely now :)

I thought this thread was going to be puns.

Good article. I have been moving to "cleaner" proteins lately and am considering going to unflavored whey in order to avoid the chemicals.

An interesting article to supplement Lisa's.

You know of any good sources for bulk whey?

Very interesting! Thanks for the article, Lisa.

Makes me more glad than ever I buy the absolutely pure stuff (and it's cheap!) :)

100% pure Whey Protein Concentrate. Then, I can add whatever I like to it. Or not (other than milk, anyway).

where would you buy that Dray?

Dray 10-20-2013 08:00 PM

In Australia, Linden. :D

You can probably buy similar stuff overseas though. Being just a by-product of cheese manufacture after all, I'd think so.

We've got a number of companies doing the pure WPC (or optionally, pure WPI, etc.) thing around here. There must be some in the UK... :dunno2:

Mostly it comes in pretty plain looking resealable bags, rather than elaborate tubs (which do look better, I must admit). :p Not that I care, but some might.
