The diet.
 
Just started this morning.

Ate some oatmeal with cocoa invite tx ( A lot of antioxidants) with vanilla invite whey protein powder with one banana with flax seed and wheat germ and almonds.

After this, I drank some water.

Just ate a whole wheat sandwich with 4 slices of turkey, two slices of cheese and lettuce with i can't believe it's butter.

Monday
Squats 2x10
Bench Press 2x10
Pull Ups or Lat Pull Downs 2x10
Leg Curls 2x10
Cable Tricep Extension 2x10
Seated Calf Raise 2x10


Thursday
Barbell or Dumbbell Row 2x10
Seated overhead Barbell Press 2x10
Leg Press 2x10
Dips 2x10
Dumbbell Curls 2x10
Sit Ups 2x10
New work out plan.

Just ate a oven baked chicken breast with a lot of brocolli and spring beans. :D Still feeling a little hungry but it's 6:30 so not gonna eat heavy. Just gonna eat a fruit

Ate a king size kitkat It was 210 calories (The hell?) After I ate it, My stomach got really really upset. Had a great work out today though about to eat a chicken breast :chicken:

Seated calf raise 3 plates.

Bench pressed a plate ( I never was able to do this so progress)

Did a few squats and I actually hit the leg press and did 212 pounds on it. ( Progress, never was able to do that before.)

Leg curls were pretty weak but that was actually one of the first times I've worked on hamstrings so not suprised.

Ate a peanut butter sandwich two slices of whole wheat bread (220 calories with peanut butter. The peanut butter is 130) 350 all together. I think I reached my calorie goal

Haha 193 pounds. Not going to the gym today gonna do some cardio.

Cheated on my diet today. : / It's cool though, it was just one day. No more cheating.
