Learns light weight log
 
oK ALL so I secided i would go ahead and start logging workouts . Som may seem odd and some might seem weak,But I dont care lol. I have a slight injury to my leg ATM so my squats and legpress are on hold till I feel well enough to start back up. Alot of you may know me by the name LLLLERN.

So here goes my first log entry.

Today was a light day nothing really inpressive just some body weight movements to help heal the leg

a little abs as well

Will be puttin a hard core workout in on SAT

shoulders and arms gonna blow them out :D My workout partner is out of town :( so no spotter for me .

the group above was done in a circut with little to no rest I have a set of spare tires that weigh 25 lbs thatI have made brackets for so I can mount them on my olympic bar to make it nice .I can drop the weight and not have my floor crack in the garage. It ws cold as hell today and I ran out of propane and my wood burning pot belly was working over time lol
