12 oz 90/10 burger with 1 egg 2 pieces wright bacon 1.5 oz cheddar on a bed of spinach with onion and tomato.
175 grams Brussels sprouts with a tbsp butter and lots of Parmesan cheese
.5 cup cottage cheese and a couple walnuts.
Exactly 30 net carbs.
40 carbs 10 fiber.

CBL worked great for me. Coffee with heavy cream FTW!
I love cbl. Just remember the key is fats.
Try to keep carbs in the prep phase as low as possible. 30g is the absolute ceiling. I know this is gonna sound blasphemous but is drop some of the starcher veggies like the onion.
Also, Kiefer typically recommends CBL for folks under 18-20% body fat. Have you looked in to carb nite?

Yup SA. Although the book did say db would put mass on while keeping bf% the same at higher bf%. Thanks for input LD.
Anyway, I got those low carb feels.
