So I have finally left the stone ages and now have internet at my house! I have followed a lot of training logs on here and decided to start one of my own. I am a pro multiply lifter in the 275 class with my best total being 2250.

Last heavy bench day before meet.

put shirt on (very early trying to make a new shirt work.. and it didnt)

Off 3 board

605x1 (slow as dirt)

changed shirts. off half board

635x1 (little better then slow as dirt)

rope tricep push downs x 3 sets

rope face pulls x 3 sets

Not a bad day. Kind of disappointed my new shirt doesn't work. Just way to big. My training partner and I will be sharing his shirt at the meet in 3 weeks haha!

I will probably open at 645 on meet day

Thanks guys! J_Byrd im doing Donnie Thompsons IPA meet here in greenville. Yeah still in the sdp just having a hard time finding one that fits. I guess im going to have to break down and buy a new one lol

Form/speedy deadlift day
 
Likely my last deadlift day before the meet

pulls against monster minis + 1 set of chains

135x5x2sets

225x3x2

add briefs

315x1x2

add suit

405x1x3

495x1x2

545x1

Set up felt great and all pulls moved about the same speed

-Safety squat bar front squats x 4 sets -first time I have done these and it didnt take much weight to do the job lol

-quad extensions x 3

-Lat pull downs x 5

Since we are having a family cookout tomorrow, I had to lift a day early. I usually speed squat before my pulls but I was still tired from benching yesterday. Thats cool though I consider eating large amounts of fatty meat part of my training routine!

Very pleased with my pull throughout this training cycle and I am very excited to see what I have on meet day!

If all other lifts go well, my opener will be around 675 to give me a small pr total
