Thanks!! The way I see it, is that JB is gonna need testimonials and such much like Tony Horton does for P90X. So, I'll do my part.

Helps too that I studied Advertising Writing & Design and Film and all thing MASS MEDIA in college.

Awesome start! You will get big and strong, I'm telling you listen to JB and you can't help it.

Close grip is way too close though! You always want your elbows under your hands.

Do this, lay down on bench. Tuck elbows in to your sides with your hands verticle above your elbows then and bring them straight up to the bar, that is your close grip grip.

As you go along, get your chest up more on bench to. Your kind of flat backed, get some leg action and arch a bit. It took me a while to figure it out, so don't worry if it doesn't come right away. Just keep watching others and working on different things so that you end up making your bench really a decline bench because of your arch.

It's a process. Just plug away.

Solid session. Just yesterday in the shout box you were saying you couldn't tuck your elbows when you benched because no one ever taught you. Well, i got news for you, the best I could tell from the video angles you were tucking your elbows just fine. Good job.

I'm with Mike your close grips are a bit close. Does it bother your wrists at all?
The method I use for setting up close grips is:
1.) lay on bench
2.) stick arms straight out
3.) possibly bring them in no more than an inch on either side.
4.) where your arms are touching the bar is where you grip.
Hope that makes sense.

Sick man great routine I do recommend a easy curl bar for scull crushers but that just feels better does not really matter great work

As the weight got heavier the reps started to climb, keep an eye on that. You have plenty of strength there, so no panic really. Just coming up too soon.

The narrows, are too narrow. Just under shoulder width, dont have to be that close.
