Al's Training Log
New log because I'm going in a different direction. Not sure what direction it is yet but it's sufficiently different to warrant a fresh start and a new log. Tonight was the first step on my road to redemption.

Bench felt strong for not having gone over about 120kgs raw in 6 weeks. Squat reps were weird; weight felt light but conditioning isn't there yet. Overall it felt good to really push myself hard. Sweat was dripping, I was crazy pumped and dry retching. Good times.
I might be onto something here.
Great work Al! Strong stuff and lots of work! Kinda a boring log name though :)jk. Good luck on whatever direction you head the freight train!!!
Going to Follow the Log keep up the Work Out
Good graft mate, I'll be following.
Love the intensity, hit it hard! In for this log.
Definitely interested to see which direction you take with the new log brother!
All signs point to STRONG! Doesn't seem like much has changed. :)
Get it Al!
Looking forward to seeing where this new direction takes you buddy,
