FLEX had an article in the November issue about Ginger Root decreasing inflammation and soreness post workout. Anyone ever try it?

I missed it. I know of another great one. Tumeric. Everyone should be taking it. Look it up.

Tumeric, orange juice and garlic powder make a great marinade for meats. The plus is that it also counteracts the supposed "cancer causing" reaction to cooking meats at temps above 375 degrees.

I've never had tea. It's just not something popular in my culture. How would you make ginger tea?
