Energy

Anyone have a supplement that they can tell me about that will give me some good energy? Not sure if it is the time of year or what but I have just been so tired the past few weeks. Been sleeping the same amount of time as well.

Workout energy or energy during the day?

If you need a boost during your workouts than most any top pre-workout supplement is worth a shot.

If you need more energy during the day, try eating fewer carbs before dinner. That has worked wonders for me.

How are your stress levels? Those can really change how much sleep you need.

I agree that stress needs to be checked. Take a look and see if you are stressed out. I know that when I was stressed out, I was so fricking tired all the time.

Are you drinking enough? I know that when I was not drinking enough water, it just made me feel really sluggish. How is your diet as well?

I think that you need to look at other factors in your life. HOw are you eating? Are you stressed? Are you working out more or working at your job more? All these can play a key role in why you are tired.

I do need more energy during the day. I know I eat a lot of carbs. Maybe I should do what BTB said.
