Gasp's AAEFX Log

I would like to thank Ripper and the folks at AAEFX for giving me an opportunity to review their product Nytric EFX Pro.

I have used numerous supplements in the past with good and bad results. Im going into this open minded and objective.

My training is PLing based and at a frequency of four days a week.

Ill post "highlights" from each training session and any results that may occure from the Nytric EFX Pro.

Well im a few day into the review period and I have to admit it does what it claims.

~Bench work left my upper body super pumped; chest minor, delts more so and triceps felt as if they were going to burst!

~Todays squat session left walking super funny for a while from the pump. I did start to experience some minor lower back pumps, nothing major.

Yesterday I worked in some high rep bicep work, wow felt super full and to the point of not being able to move my arms! Nice work AAEFX.

The fullness and pump I get on lower reps is crazy, I can imagine how you felt on high reps! Good work!
