Emeka "The MenAce" Okammor: Reconstruction Log

Here we go. I have to build a bigger and better physique. Shaw Ray's critique of me was i was too thin. So over then next 10 months i'll be working on adding mass with class.

Pics are of my starting point.

Side note confession: Little bit of a chip on my shoulder. After seeing a few posts and comments made by some of the other competitors, i took offense and i'm not reconsidering how i feel about reading and seeing those comments.

Leh Go!

Looking at your pics, I'm still trying to work out the "too thin" comment...best of luck with the new training set-up and the next comp.

Thanks guys! I will be looking to pack it on right like Ironwill said.

I don't want to lose my symmetry chasing size. bbing will swing back to tight physiques and flowing symmetry over mass.

Making myself take some time away from the gym. This time away is good for two reasons:

1. Recovery - I've prepped hard for 2 shows this year. 20wks for the first show and 12 for Nats. That's a pretty good beating on your body. Plus i can't rmember the last time i took 1 full wk off no training at all.

2. Desire - My desire to train has elevated. I want to train like really bad, lol. When i get back to the gym, my intensity will explode. lol, feel like a kid waiting on Christmas.

wt is back up to 270ish. Going to diet and cardio hard for about a week until Thanksgiving.

Enjoy the well-earned rest.
