Squatter Meet Update

Squats:

Quote:

First Update: first lift was missed at 375(depth). Second lift was good at 375 with two white lights. Third lift was buried at 405 with three white lights! Slight quad strain on first lift but not enough to slow this train down.
Bench Press:

Bench Update: First attempt at 253.5 was white lights, meet PR!! Next two attempts 264.5 were red lighted, could not lock out. Jim is happy with setting a meet PR and ready to crush deadlifts!

Deadlift Update: 425-three white lights, 453-three white lights and 463-three white lights!! All three lifts were with NO belt, smooth and owned. Awesome way to finish the meet. Competed on the world level and I can say Jim did the whole lifting family proud!
