Motivate me
 
I had been doing so good with working out and then the past few weeks I have let it slip. I need some more motivation. What can you tell me to get my butt moving again? I need the motivation to make it happen.

Tomorrow (or today, depending on what time it is where you are) is a NEW day, do something now, use it as the starting point and don't look back! :rockon:

Motivation comes from within. But next time you think of skipping a workout or eating something you aren't supposed to, remember, Derek is watching.

Just think of how lifting makes you feel better and look better as well. This should make you want to lift.
