Workout Plan
I was reading the workout on the board that the weight training class was doing in the bench on Monday. It consisted of 11 total sets, the first few warm ups. The meat of the workout went like this
70%x5 80%x5 85%x5 90%x3 90%x3 90%x3 90%x3 95%x5 Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this? |
Also forgot to mention they are rotating through auxillary lifts between sets.

95%x5? would that not be 95% if you are getting 5 reps

I do 5 reps @ 95% all the time.
Worst routine ever? They trying to injure these kids? |

I did the math on it, 300lb bencher it would be 285x5. That would mean about a 330lbs bench! How far off is that!!!!! One day it was listed as 100% AMAP (as many as poss). Ummmm the answer to that is 1! If not it isnt 100% haha! O yeah that was after the workout. Sorry kind of on a rant here. Makes me made that this guy is thought to know more about training than me.
