I saw this on powerlifting watch a few months back. You have to be a freak of nature to pull off that workout in my mind. I guess that is why Lamar Grant was a freak haha

I agree JB, that volume is crazy! Would be a good experience though, but its probably a good idea to go by 1RM-10-20% the first time through it, atleast if you got other areas in life to attend to - things like walking and such:)

My question is this...what did he do when he did not hit his rep goals? I assume he just did max reps and didn't dial down percentages.
I could barely eek out one set of 5 at 87%. |
