Question The Slingshot.

My brother-in-law called me the other day and wanted my opinion about the "Slingshot". Can be found: howmuchcanyabench.com

It's suppose to "reduce stress on the shoulders, elbows, and chest." I can not give him an opinion on something that I have no idea about. If you have used this and/or know about it, please let me know!!

If it helps as they say it does, should I get one??

Thanks!!

Sorry we missed this.

It does help my shoulders, that's for sure. No doubt. If you have any kind of shoulder issues while benching I think it's a good tool to have.

The slingshot is a great device. It allows you overload (work with more weights than you could lift raw). It will help keep your shoulders healthy and will reinforce proper technique. I would recommend for anyone serious about training for either bodybuilding or powerlifting.
