Think i have 315-320 easy, i was gonna do a full 3 plates but my low back hammies were still nagging form deadlifts on thursday. |

I might be wrong but it appeared you may have shifted weight forward onto your toes in that attempt, I noticed a slight shift in your feet on the way up. If that's true then it may become a knee issue later. If not then don't worry about it. Btb, love it! |
