This type of discussion has been played out a lot, in the end I don't think these are supposed to be 'best of' targets. But they are very respectable numbers that you could achieve with a lot of hard work and some luck. A 198lbs lifter would be expected to lift in the region of:
Squat: 550 Bench: 350 Dead: 580 Far from impossible but still enough to set him apart from most lifters, especially at a trim 198lbs. |

I need to shut up. I still need twenty more pounds to reach the established level anyway. All those are really good numbers and are realistic targets. At least its not something like 1900 for a 220 which wouldn't even be a realistic target for 99.99999% of people. I dont have a better answer so those are good to go!
