I have the equipment to do either one, but I am debating: which is better? I am leaning more towards the CGBP, since it is the same movement as a regular bench press (pushing infront) and I think that would have more carryover into my bench press than doing dips itself. Then again dips have a great reputation to building massive triceps, so I'm kind of clueless to which I have chosen. Which do you prefer and why?

![]() Dips are Ines Cudna: ![]() Either one is a great choice. Seriously though, a lot of it depends on program. If it's a fullbody you can get both in. If not, depends on the program.

I personally am not a huge fan of Declines. I feel that my bench has progressed good without.
