Default Strength and Size loss

How long after completing a program and managing PR, can you rest or de-load before you start seeing a loss in strength and size?

Size losses come slow. I usually get stronger after a week off as my fatigue rescinds.

I see no reason to rest longer than a week, but certainly a 2 week rest won't do any harm. Any trivial loss you might experience will come back extremely quickly.
