Today I smashed a squat barrier that had given me fits for about 18 months. The weight felt insanely light and I crushed a big PR. This difference was 4 months of consistent training about 85-90%. A little went a long way. Captain obvious I am sure. It simply amazes me how in only 4 months a weight can feel dramatically different.

Ever since you had me doing 85% plus work on squats and bench I have seen both of those fly up in weight. Four months ago I didn't think I would be benching 300.

Great work BtB. Training at 90-95% has given me some great results in the past 6 weeks, and its in no small part to the inspiration from your progress and logs.
