Benchpress Meet
 

I am heading up to Hampton VA to do a benchpress meet at the Hampton Expo Center. It is suppose to be ran along side a strong man meet as well. It is a 3 day event put on by the city of Hampton, but the benchpress part is sponsored by the SPF and Brute Strength Gym out of Norfolk VA.

Going to open with 650 in the bench, then hopefully give 700 a ride. I will do my best to get someone to video, but you never know how that will turn out. Thanks MAB for all your support!!!
