Thanks for posting. Interesting that I think I create a good lat shelf but never seem to have as much arch as I would like. I need some one on one time with someone who knows that they're doing.

Just do that^ lol. Something that makes a big difference for me is tilting my hips... warch the video and you'll see what i'm talking about. If goes hand in hand with feet tucked, but its a separate que that you have to work on... the farther i tuck my feet back, the higher my arch... i also push myself in with my hands from the uprights to get my lats and traps tucked hard...

I'll post an unedited video soon that shows my whole process of setting up if yall want to see it....

I bit easier said than done. Trying to arch past a minimum point is extremely difficult for me. Old age, bones grinding, muscles fighting. Even with hips tilted and a good lat shelf I'm lucky to get a couple inches. I certainly would love to get more.
