Really need the video. The important thing to watch is that he starts his hips back with a very slight knee bend and then his knees never bend any further. His hips just keep sliding backwards.

Good post.

Lower back stays tight too. There is a rounded back good morning but I don't recommend that for most people. Keep the lower back tight and stop when you feel like you may round.

I do mine more like a half squat, half good morning because I like the feel, but it's a hard exercise to explain. Basically a couple inches more knee sink.
