Default That's what I call a full-body workout

Just out of interest, this is someone's workout from today which I spotted on a UK website. I've converted a few of the weights into pounds. Even if I was to reduce the weights to my strength levels, it would still kill me:

Quote:
Squats
60KG x 5
100KG x 3
140KG x 1
180KG(400lb) x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Log
70KG x 3
80KG x 1
90KG x 1
100KG x 1
110KG (242lb) x 1
117KG (258lb) x fail
117KG (258lb) x 1
117KG x 1
117KG x fail

15" Deadlift
100KG x 3
140KG x 1
180KG x 1
220KG (486lbs) x 1
Suit On
250KG(550lb) x 1
280KG(618lb) x 1

Medley
240KG (530lb) Yoke x 20m + 110KG (242lb) Farmers x 20m + 240KG Yoke x 20m + fail 110KG farmers pickup lol (legs were ***ked)
110KG Farmers x 20m + 240KG Yoke x 20m + 110KG Farmers x 20m

Axle Clean (Cont.) + PP
70KG x 3
80KG x 1
95KG x 1
105KG x 1
115KG (254lbs) x 1
120KG (265lbs) x 2

Stones to 52"
105KG (230lbs) x 2
130KG (286lbs) x 1 + f
140KG (309lbs) x 1 + f
140KG x 1 + f
140KG x 2
