Default Band Tensions (Deadlifts and the Jump Stretch)

Top Five Deadlifts

Quaded Mini Bands = approx. 220lbs at the top.

Quaded Monster Mini Bands = approx. 280lbs at the top.

Yellow Short Bands from hell =for me it is 30inches to lock out + 6 to 12inchs extra for the strech on the jump stretch platform so the range is anywhere from 290 to 340ish.
