You can get a Janda sit-up gadget but I wouldn't bother, it's expensive and you can get the same results using a basketball between the thigh and calf etc. There has been some talk that the hip flexor muscles are still not isolated enough to not interfere with the abs to an extent that means the hip flexors are not assisting the move; but, I don't know. I do know they take some doing....enjoy. Use a smaller ball than this guy or alternatively have the toes against a wall but don't hook the feet under anything, that's the secret; once you hook the feet under some object you start using the wrong muscles for the exercise. Here's an idea you may be able to make use of: The Pavelizer (seriously overpriced) can be made at home or at least something similar can be adapted:
