He shouldn't have titled his youtube vid "Benchpress"; isn't this a partial press to train lockout range of motion only? I don't recall if there is a name for the exercise but I have heard of it.

With lockout training you would use a 3 or a 4 board or even floor or pin presses. What ever this guy was doin is not part of 99% of any real PLers workout program.
