Those are aspirational totals right there.

These have been around for a few years now right? The 635kg @ 82kg is something that's definitely been around for a while.

These come from 100% Raw powerlifting federation in the US and were recently updated based on numbers during the past year. I have spoken with 100% Raw's president several times and he has assured me that very, very few people in his federation reach the Elite numbers. So even though there will surely be debate on "what is truly Elite", it can be said with confidence that very few people reach the above Elite numbers each year. Only a handful. |

Found out I am only Class I in most lifts. Miles to go before I sleep... Quote:

great post Steve - some really huge numbers there to aspire to
i think a well know quote fits well here... Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it |

Those bastards! Making it harder. I was creeping up on Elite and now they've snatched it from my grasp :D
I am barely a Class IV (by 7 pounds) and my bench is the only thing that registers. I need to add 3 pounds on to the squat and 23 pounds to the deadlift. The aim is be to Class II in everything ASAP :mh: There should be a press standard. I am decent at those :march: |
