I'm confused at what's raw now days? I've always thought that meant you can use a lifting belt, but I've seen some raw lifters with knee wraps, Ive always got alot out of a good knee wrap. Also what about wrist wraps?

Since there are very fed feds that are 100% raw, meaning no wraps or belt, I went with some feds that allowed knee wraps, wrist wraps and a belt.

I did not pull numbers from feds that allow briefs, squat or deadlift suits, or bench shirts.
