According to powerliftingwatch.com nobody in the 275 reached that total in the 100% raw organization during 2011. Plenty of people did it in other organizations though. I didnt check the other classes, mostly because I dont lift in those haha.

Not sure which of the other organizations drug test, but Paul Bossi has told me that 100% Raw does legit testing.

In any case, Paul told me only a handful in his federation reach Elite. Hard numbers to achieve in any fed.

They use to hold meets here in Jacksonville. Have not seen one in a few years though. There is a check list on who tests and who doesnt. I just think its crazy that their Elite standard, nobody in their organization actually did it last year haha.

I think I read that they generated it based on lifter rankings at Powerlifting Watch, but I have no idea how they determined which lifters and feds truly test. I think we all know some say they do, but don't.

Boy, that would open a can of worms. I am not touching that.

Me too.

I might petition them to move the 220 limit up to 225, what with Christmas and everything.

There are some beast lifters in the Raw 275's. If Lilliebridge isnt elite, then noone is.

Thanks for putting that up Btb.
Interesting factoid - many equipped lifters are heavier on the squat than deadlift.
The raw numbers suggest that we should expect the opposite for raw lifters,
which makes sense to me. Is it your experience that most raw lifters have a stronger
deadlift than squat?
