Basically my message for you is on this journey, consistancy and proper programming will take you so much farther than ADD and constantly wanting to try something new.
Also I would like to speak about goal setting. Pick two goals for yourself, one short term, one long term. Something like this: 1000lbs gym total(resonable to acheive in the next few months) and a 500lb squat (reasonable in the next 12-18months). This is how I set up my training and thinking and its paid off big time.
PR's as of 10/24/2011:
Push Press: 235X3
Clean and Strict Press: 175X3
12 inch Log Press: 250
Atlas Stone: 300 over 48" bar
Hummer Tire Dead: 500X3
18" Deadlift: 550
Many more PR's to come
