Yep same thought. You can move some heavier weights for a few weeks using knee wraps to train your CNS, then get back to your raw lifting. Just bouncing some ideas around for you.

Hazzard has been trying to get me to do this for a while. Purely because he wants to wrap me super tight and make my knees bleed I think

Will definitely do this for a max effort squat session soon. Thanks J.
