Thanks for sharing that Lt. Here is my 2 cents -- sorry can't help it:

Incline BP is a good assistance exercise, but
as a ME exercise I find it puts too much strain on the front delts

don't forget GPP: plyo work, sled pulls, etc.

otherwise, whatever gets your 1-rep max moving up is always ok by me.

No problem. I've really enjoyed your and Fazc's thread about the set-up of your routines and wanted to add.

Thanks for keeping on me about the GPP stuff. I know it will help but need to make time for it.

Hey, thanks for that. Question though - you mentioned that you learned to use higher percentages on DE day for a RAW lifter. From the percentages you listed it seems you only applied that to DE squats. Does this not apply to bench movements? Or is added band tension implied?

Amazing progress.

Especially motivating for me, since I am pretty much at the same stage as you were, around the same bodyweight.

Band tension is implied as well. Faz and I worked out that you need to include the accommodating resistance into tie percentages.

Thanks Bill. I will probably do another update soon to detail my year's training this year.
