There was one thing i forgot to say about these lifts. Watch around the 1:30 mark on his right wrist wrap and you'll see it pop while he's pressing. When he sits up you can see it for a split second wrap around the forearm. I can't imagine the thought in his head with 625lbs over him and having that distraction. Dude is a beast!
