Most of my "cardio" work comes in a form of sled pulls, med ball throws, complexes, etc. I incorporate either one throughout the week. I feel it helps me in recovery and gets my ready for my next workout. I usually do them 3 times a week, and usually lasts anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes depending what I'm doing. I find it also increases my work capacity.
