To throw some more options out there:

1) The type of thing Btb and I are doing, frequent training.

2) The 4 way split I wrote about which some of the guys are having luck with.

No more options please, haha. Just kidding, I had thought about a lot of other programs. I think for now I am going to give juggernaut a try and see how I like it.

I figure if nothing else it is 8 weeks of hypertrophy training and then back to heavy weights.
