Default A different technique for the clean

Interesting technique - wide grip on the pull, normal grip during the catch.

She obviously has a strong snatch no puns intended, hence why she probably feels more comfortable using a snatch grip for the clean opposed to a more narrow one. Very interesting tho, I have to try that out.

It also allows her slightly less distance to have to clean the bar as opposed to when using the ordinary grip. Not sure if I read that on the forum elsewhere, or on another site etc.
