Default Stronglifts and Metabolic finishers

I've been getting tons of emails lately preaching the fat burning benefits of metabolic finishers after a workout. I have a kettlebell and love using it so do you think it would be helpful or counter productive to do a few rounds of swings/burpees after my training? Thanks for the input

Can't really see any reason why not. Finishers are pretty common throughout the training world - complexes, sled drags, light strongman work - so go for it mate.

well right now I'm only at the opening stages of strong lifts program so i still have some energy in the tank after the workouts I'm sure this will change as the weights keep going up
