Default Deadlift Grip Tip

It's on my page hulkhires.com or you can see at my youtube.com/220pd4pd. It has helped a lot of people. It has been a key to me holding onto big wts.

So true. I have been guilty of that grip for a while. Used wraps and failed with 302. Few weeks later, did 308 using a grip similar to that in the video (not quite as good) and held the bar in place easily with no wraps.

Thanks for the post. Ironically, today I was talking about how I feel like eventually my grip technique is going to become an issue with my deadlifts. I'll have to give it a try.
