Bodyweight lift numbers?
I know we all have different goals, but I think I've figured out a good way of measuring my progress towards my goals of explosive strength and muscular endurance, which is how many times I can lift my bodyweight. Saturday I was able to bench my bodyweight 15 times, which was towards the end of a hard bench session. I'm pretty happy with that at this point, but it got me to thinking. . .
Do you guys know how many times you can lift your bodyweight? I'm not sure how many times I can squat it, but it's probably around 20. |
In my 20's I was around 200-210 pounds. My numbers were about:
--Squat: 20 --Bench: 12 Right now I am around: --Squat: 14 --Bench: 8-10 --Deadlift: 20-25 |
Currently...
Squats ~30 Deadlift ~30 Bench ~15 But I'm really good at reps. |
Not really done much lifting at bodyweight: the closest is at around 195lbs bodyweight I did 220lbs for 20 reps in the Bench. That was after my heavy sets.

messing around with my bodyweight would be very very useless. Its about 33% of my squat max...

Obviously, this is the polar opposite of power lifting. |
Squat bodyweight - 24 reps
I'm approaching a BW Bench, and the DL will come soon. |
Guessing you mean without stopping, so BW deadlift x25. Over 95 minutes, 200 reps, but took breaks when i had to.
