The man is carrying a lot of solid muscle. If he were to diet down some, he would display an amazing physique.

Thanks for the input guys, thought it woud be intresting to get a lil more substance on how the master lifts. Misha Kokalayev is a great lifter, with increadible strength. He is a oly lifter who also has competed in strongman and WSM (i think). I watched him doing a strongman comp in the UK together with terry hollands and the other elite strongmen, and on the axle clean and press, he oly cleaned the axe (!!) with 400lbs on it, the audience had never seen it before in a SM comp i belive, he did miss on 425 though becouse of grip failure. But it looked damn impressive anyway.

3:34 in the previous video and I am dumbfounded !!

290 kilo squat. Sounds no big deal for elite standards, right? But damn, its not just a 290 kilo squat, but a 290 kilo squat without holding the bar - just balancing it on traps. Has to be one of the most awesome things I have ever seen.

Thanks for the video Swede - awesome.
