that being said you can look damn good without ever touching a drug and most people are capable of benching around 350 depending on height and deadlifting 500 raw without drugs it might not sound like that much compared to all the claims of everything but its a lot at any local gym or ymca you will be one of the strongest members.

True. Most lifters can hit a 1000 lift total easily with a solid year of effort, and should have the goal of hitting 1200...even those who are just bodybuilders. In my opinion you need a basic foundational strength for overall muscle mass, especially for naturals.
