I think you already got it but, Aurik had uploaded a Smolov spreadsheet to a thread last week I think it was. I grabbed it, and it looks pretty good, easy enough to follow along and create the plan....

Actually, ricka, that was an Anello spreadsheet. I've got Pavel's book at home and I'll go ahead and scan the appropriate pages and email 'em to Steve so he can write up the appropriate articles.

For Sheiko, take a look at the bmf sports forum. Ben Burgess posts a lot over there (it might be his forum?) along with Eric Talment. There really is a wealth of information about program selection and so on. Some of the most knowledgeable and experienced Sheiko guys post there.
