Would you do Good Mornings on squat day or DL day? I need to get them back in the program....they kill my hams even at light wt.

BTW...made my first order for M & S last night. And, I'd be willing to bet the Supp. Deal of the Day today is something I "have" to have. Day late...$$ short.

Agreed! I completely forget about the power cleans! Also full cleans and snatches.

Thanks for supporting MAB.

You can really do good mornings on either day. I prefer them after squats because they feel incredibly light.

Good Mornings! but not just for assistance, I use them very frequently on max effort days. There are lots of variations as well; Suspended GM, bands, chains, reverse bands, camber bar, GM/box squat.

Upper back work is essential in having a strong Dead & Squat. Strong back=Strong Lifts.

Zerchers are another good one. I personally like them far more than front squats.
