Wow! I'd love to have him as a coach!

I will use that seated good morning tip for sure, as I notice my upper back caves in most when the weight gets heavy, then everything else has to bail me out and get it up. I think that will help my OH/front squats and overall chest raising strength too.

I also love the Glute/Ham Raise he uses too! I gotta find me something I can use to do those.

Very helpful videos, thanks Swede!
