Two of my sometime training partners (Andy and Dean both Reading locals) and three other guys I know and will hopefully be training with soon all competed last weekend and ALL won their classes. Here's Andy's YouTube footage:

Notice how "massive" these guys do NOT look, strong!!

Dean and Andy are 75kg's lifters. Neil is 90kg's. Rick, I think, is also 90kg's and Si is MASSIVE. He lifts in the 110's and is around 103-105kg's I think. That is BIG!

I'll post the vid' later but there's footage on that channel of a world record 325kg's squat. Makes it look easy.
