Top 5 Push, Pull, Squat
Alright I want to see your list of top 5 exercises, I was prompted to think about this by a recent post on Chaos and Pain. If you were going to do a workout where you had to pick 5 of each what would they be, ready go:
Here is my list Squat: Back Squat (parallel or full) Box Squat Front Squat Partial Squat Overhead Squat Push Bench Press BTN Push Press Strict Press Close Grip Bench Press Reverse Grip Bench Press Pull Power clean/hang clean Deadlift Shrugs Bent Over Row Weighted Pull ups 5 is a lot of exercises, top 3 lists would also be good. Front Squat Back Squat (full) Goblet Squat Push Standing Military Press Bench Press Weighted Dips Pull Deadlift Weighted Pull ups Barbell Row (back supported) |

Squat Squats Front Squats Good Mornings Box Squats Zerchers Push Bench DB Bench (Flat or Incline) Dips Overhead Press Close Grip Bench Pull Deadlift Pullups Barbell Rows Dumbbell Rows Power Cleans Near misses...trap bar deadlifts and shrugs. |

Squat: Back Squat Front Squat Partial Squat Push: Push-Press Bench Press Weighted Dips Pull: Deadlift Barbell Shrug Barbell Row Pull-Ups If Barbell Curls count as a pull movement, then I'll add them in as well. |

barbell squats front squats hack squats PULL deadlifts pullups chest supported db row db sldl PUSH bb flat bench dips db incline I know it was supposed to be 5, but IMO you can build one heck of a physique and or get crazy strong with just these things. |
