If anyone in the Philly area is looking for a meet to lift in we are hosting a full powerlifting meet on Saturday April 9th. Delaware APA state chairwoman Kate Baird will be the meet director. I can send out a PDF file of the application, just send me an email steve@ironsport.com

The last one we held was a great time and this one will be bigger and better. We hope to see you there.

Get some film though Tim. I'm sure some of the EliteFTS guys will be down and some HEAVY weights will be smashed.
