UPA Iowa and Midwest Championships
 

Team ANVIL took all 1st places. Had an awesome time, Bill Carpenter puts on an awesome event. I was able to nail a 640lb deadlift with ease but just barely missed my third lift of 700. I was within inches, had I gone 695 I would have gotten it. Why be conservative though, it was my third lift and I wanted a big number. Junior division 275 class. Another one of our guys Jacob, took first in the 198 class, tieing a national record in the squat at 551 raw. Tom went for a 220 pound raw bench record with a 479 and unfortunately just missed it. Overall our Team ANVIL took 3rd in the team division. Few pictures that I have uploaded so far:
